Data-Driven Start
The foundation of the project is laid not at the desk but in the field. The requested capacity, the nature of the liquid to be stored (chemical composition, temperature), the purpose of use (process, fire, drinking water) and the climatic/physical conditions of the site where the tank will be installed are analyzed in detail by our expert engineers.
Design of the Optimum Solution
In line with the site data obtained, static and dynamic simulations of the system are carried out. The most suitable tank geometry, structural material (stainless steel, galvanized), sealing equipment, mechanical connection details and anchoring approach are determined according to international standards (AWWA, NFPA, TSEK, etc.) and submitted for approval with technical drawings.
Zero Error Tolerance
The approved project data is transferred directly to our production line. Shell panels, internal reinforcements and all equipment components go through quality control processes (surface quality, dimensional conformity) in factory conditions and are prepared as flawless parts ready for assembly on site.
Operational Speed
